Starting as an import clearance clerk, I joined the company in 2004, later moving into a management role, where I looked after some of the Group’s larger customs clearance and logistics customers. Many of whom are still working with us today.
Now working on system development, my role has expanded and now incorporates looking at the use of technology to improve efficiency and productivity across the Group. Having designed and built most the Group’s core systems, we are now able to offer our customers a tailored and personalised experience, fully aware that every customer is unique and has different requirements.
As the company develops, it is really exciting to see the benefits our systems offer our customers, especially when combined with our old-fashioned approach to customer service.
