Joining the company in 2002, my time with the company is the perfect example of how staff are given the opportunity to develop within the business.
Starting as a junior import clerk, I went on to work with David Baker and help progress the company in to warehousing, which we successfully did, moving into new offices with a larger warehouse facility in 2007. To support the company’s new warehouse, the next logical step was to implement our own haulage division, which we again successfully achieved two years later. In 2010, I successfully obtained my CPC qualification and became a Director and shareholder shortly after.
Having worked for the Baker family for almost 2 decades, I’m very grateful for their constant support and very proud to be a part of a company that truly cares about its staff and customers.
